Leroy Gregor

LeRoy Gustav Gregor, 81, of Moorhead, MN, died January 5, 2021, at Eventide in Moorhead.

LeRoy was born February 2, 1939, in DeLamere, ND, to Gustav and Sadie (Olson) Gregor.  He attended high school in Moorhead and after high school he began a 47-year career, most of which was spent driving cement truck.  Over the years he worked for Kost Brothers, FM Ready Mix and Aggregate.

LeRoy was married on August 26, 1960 and two children, Robert and Elizabeth, were born during that marriage.  On March 29, 1991, LeRoy married Esther Anderson and their family grew with the addition of her children: Ricky, Myron, Gene, Shelly, Bobbie, Pat, and Keith.

After his retirement in 2013, LeRoy loved living at Pearl Lake with his wife, Esther, and his special dog, Auggie.  He also enjoyed having get-togethers with the entire family.

He is survived by his wife, Esther; his son, Robert (Cindy) Gregor; his daughter, Elizabeth Gregor; his step-children, Ricky (Glenda) Haats, Myron (Shelley) Haats, Gene Spreeman, Shelly (Paris) Barsness and Bobbie Naseth; his sister, Doreen Gregor; lots of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edward, Lyle, Frank and Sylvester; sisters, Geraldine, Arlene and Darlene and step-sons, Pat Anderson and Keith Haats.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2021.
