Lillian Yvonne ’Bonny’ Heidrich

Bonny was born on April 23, 1918, in Crookston, MN, to John and Louise Balfour. She grew up in Crookston, graduating from Crookston High School, and later Minnesota School of Business, Minneapolis, MN. Bonny worked as a stenographer in Detroit Lakes and California. In 1954 she married Carl Heidrich, in Crookston, MN. After their marriage, Bonny enjoyed being a homemaker. Her favorite activities included going to family lake cabins and gardening. Bonny was a very active member of The First Presbyterian Church, Moorhead, MN. She served as a Deacon and participated in other various church activities, including circle. She was also a long time member of the Fargo Forum Auxiliary. Bonny is survived by her son, John Kay Heidrich, Fargo, ND; daughter, Margaretha Ronald Hagemann, Moorhead, MN; three grandchildren, Christopher Heidrich, Gretchen Adam Haisman and Laura Hagemann; two great-grandchildren, Avery and Benjamin Haisman; sister-in-law, Lorraine Carlson, Crookston, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl, parents and brother, William Carl Balfour.
