Loren K. Pederson

Loren was born April 11, 1938 in Mahnomen, MN to Bennie and Fern Pederson. He grew up in Mahnomen and graduated from high school there. He received his Bachelors degree from Bemidji State University in Industrial Arts and taught for 5 years in Madison, MN. He worked for Branick Industries in Fargo as a draftsman, he later worked for Steiger Tractors as a designer, and retired from Phoenix International as a mechanical design engineer. Loren married Carole LaShomb July 1, 1967 in St. Paul, MN. He enjoyed woodworking, riding his motorcycle, and being active outdoors. Loren was preceded in death by his father, Bennie; and his sister, Myrtle. He is survived by his wife, Carole; his mother, Fern; brothers, David Avonne; sister, Marlene Bill Lewis; and many nieces and nephews. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association.
