Lucille L. Johnson

May 2, 1928 — February 14, 2008

Lucille was born May 2, 1928 to Raymond and Delia Davenport Mahar in St. Paul, MN. She grew up in Fargo and attended school at Fargo Central. On August 30, 1948 she married Hubert "Mac" Johnson in Fargo, ND, and started raising a family. They lived in Perley, MN, until moving to Moorhead in 1974. She worked at JC Penney's and later at Midland Hospital Supply until she retired. In 2003 they moved to Fargo. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, gardening, garage sales and a good bargain, but most of all loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.Lucille is survived by her children, Mike Melanie Johnson of Brooklyn Park, MN, Sandi Larson of Fargo, ND, and Randy Johnson of Georgetown, MN; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Doris Hartin of Hayward, CA, Lee Pat Mahar of Fargo, ND, Skip Mahar of Callaway, MN, Donna Andrew Cossette of Fargo, ND, Dorothy Floyd Storsved of Moorhead, MN, David Kay Mahar of Hickson, ND; and sister-in-law, Phyllis Gordon of Ada, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mac; son, James; and parents, Raymond and Delia Mahar.
