Luis was a police officer in Texas.Luis is survived by his wife Maria Valadez, Moorhead, MN; one step son, Juan Antonio Lopez, Mexico; three step daughters, Patricia Yesenia Lopez, Mexico, Paola Jeanette Flores, Moorhead, MN, and Mayra Alejandra Lopez, Mexico.
