Marcelle G. Anderson

Marcelle G. Anderson, 85, of Moorhead, died Saturday, August 6, 2005, in Rosewood on Broadway, Fargo, surrounded by her loving family.Marcelle Genevieve Haarsager was born on October 31, 1919 in rural Litchville, ND, to Alfred A. and Emma M. Haarsager Haarsager. She grew up and attended country school in rural Litchville. On March 29, 1947 she married Bernard Anderson in Litchville.Marcelle was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved gardening, sewing, handwork, baking, fishing and had a special love for children. She was a member of Degree of Honor since 1983, she also volunteered for many years at Good Shepherd to do quilting. She will be missed dearly by her friends and family.She is survived by her husband, Bernard; two sons, Collin Janet Anderson, Maple Grove, MN, Richard Anderson, Fargo, ND; three daughters, Rogene Peter Danielson, Valley, NE, Jerilyn Al Craychee, Fargo, ND, Jolene Scott Grovum, East Grand Forks, MN; six grandchildren; five great-grandchilden; and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Alfred Haarsager; and one sister, Arlene Mayer.
