Margaret A. Schill

Margaret A. Schill, 72, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Twin Valley Living Center, Twin Valley, MN.

Margaret Ann Schill was born on May 26th, 1945 to Anthony Arthur Fetsch and Catherine (Richmond Greenshields) Fetsch, in Langdon, ND. She shared her youth with many siblings; James, William, and Richard were the oldest with Margaret and her twin sister Mary (Fetsch) Loreth being followed in birth by Clarence, Lorraine, Edwin, Peter, and Patricia (Fetsch) Edlund.

Margaret graduated from Wales High School. She was married to Bruce Edward Schill on July 17, 1965. They made their home in Cando, ND and for a time lived with Bruce’s mother, Eunice Ahrentz, with whom Margaret was especially close. Margaret and Bruce added to their family with the additions of Robert Steven Schill, Devils Lake, ND, Richard Dean Schill, Cando, ND, and Rhonda Marie Schill, Fargo, ND.

While raising her family Margaret worked as a CNA in Cando and Devils Lake.  She enjoyed spending time at the lake, bowling, games, especially cards along with participation in the church.

The birth of their grandchildren Jennifer (Chris) Holtz, Kyle (Megan) Schill, and Drew Schill were a loved addition to not only their lives but the lives of their children as well. Great grandchildren include Madison and Khloe Holtz, Hadleigh Schill, along with two more bundles of joy on the way.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, mother in law, and her husband Bruce, along with “baby” Schill who died shortly after birth, brothers Dick, Eddie, and twin sister Mary.

The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and kind words in this time of sorrow.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 12:00 PM in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.  Friends are invited to gather one hour prior to the service.
