Martha M. Torgerson

Martha M. Torgerson, 88, of Hawley, MN, died Sunday, February 3, 2013, in Hawley, Minnesota, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Martha was born January 29, 1925 in Pettibone, ND, to Karsten and Lottie Rosell Torgerson. In 2001, Martha moved to Hawley, MN, and resided at the Lloyd and Kelly Anderson residence. She moved to Jeff and Ginger Dauner’s Cozy Country Living in August 2002 where she has since resided.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Bertha Riemer and Mattie Grabinski; and one brother.

She is survived by a special friend, Judy Vigesaa of Hawley, MN; and her adopted family at Dauner’s Cozy Country Living.
