Matthew G. Snare

Matthew Snare, 24, Moorhead, MN, died on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, in his home in Moorhead.Matthew G. Snare was born on June 27, 1985, in Moorhead, to Douglas and Kim Nemmers Novy-Snare. He grew up in Moorhead, graduating from Moorhead High School in 2003. He worked locally at various businesses and construction firms. Matthew married Tianne Dahlstad in Moorhead in 2005, they divorced but remained close and he continued to love her. He believed that every day should be filled with laughter and lived without limits. As a child Matthew wanted to be an actor and rock star when he grew up, and he fulfilled his dreams.He was preceded in death by his brother, Brandon. He is survived by his parents, Doug and Kim Snare, Moorhead, MN; brother Ray Anna Lee Snare, Dilworth, MN; sister Tanya Michael Smith, Sabin, MN; step-sisters Jenny Brian Randow, St. Paul, MN, and Brandi Tyler Eissinger, Wahpeton, ND; a niece and two nephews, Zach and KayLee Smith, and Wesley Snare; "brother of the heart", Josh Trautner, Moorhead.Other children looked to him as "Uncle Matthew". He considered his many friends to be his extended family.
