Merton G. Crume

Merton Gordon Crume was born on August 1, 1918 in Glyndon, MN to Frank and Faye Grant Crume. He served in the US Navy during WW II. On May 1, 1946 he was united in marriage to Margaret Stulz Carlisle. He farmed in the Glyndon area until he retired. He entered Rosewood on Broadway in August 2005.He is survived by his children, Ellen Anderson, West Fargo, ND, Barbara Cameron, Stacy, MN, Donna Walhood, Minot, ND, William Crume, Dilworth, MN, Carol Conrad Hoff, Valley City, ND, Chuck Lynn Carlisle, Canyon Country, CA, Jeannette Savageau, Moorhead, MN and Genevieve Carlisle, Fargo, ND; his brothers Richard Crume, Spokane WA, Bradley Crume and Stanley Crume, both of Glyndon, MN; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Crume; his father, Frank Crume; his step mother, Emma Crume; his brother Grant Crume; his sister, Helen Generes; his wife, Margaret; and one son, David Crume.
