Michael Horn

Michael Horn, 58, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. Michael was born November 7, 1964, in Cooperstown, ND, to Kermit and Margaret (Folden) Horn. His early years were spent in Grandin, ND, before moving to Fargo, ND. Michael graduated from West Fargo High School and then began working. He continued his education at Moorhead Technical College where he finished with a degree in diesel mechanics. Over the years, he worked at Mack Trucks, Nelson International and owned and operated Engraver’s Inc. He later enjoyed working at Craftco in Fargo and most recently at Perham Printing in Perham, MN.

Michael also enjoyed spending his time outdoors, camping, grilling and just about anything else as long as it was with his sons. He will be remembered for his unselfish nature and the way he lived his life. Michael will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his sons, Zach, Isaac and Max Horn; father, Kermit Horn; mother, Margaret Sullivan; brothers, Brian (Jean) Horn and Terry (Kimberlie) Horn; as well as his nieces and nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Scotty Horn; grandparents, Alfred and Mabel Horn, Haaken and Alice Folden; and step-father, Robert “Bob” Sullivan.

Visitation will be Friday, July 7, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service at 7 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
