Mona Lou Bouchard

Mona Lou Bouchard, 70, Burlington, ND, died October 28, 2019, at Sanford Health Medical Center in Fargo.

Mona Lou Sartwell was born February 8^th, 1949 to George and Sena Sartwell in Minot, N.D.  On February 22^nd, 1967, she married the love of her life, Frank Bouchard. They lived in Minot until 1983, before making their home in Burlington, ND. Together they raised 3 wonderful daughters; Nadine, Tina and LeeAnn. Mona loved her girls more than anything.

Mona had a great zest for life, anybody that knew her, knew her by that big and loving smile and that loud and proud voice. Mona loved spending time with her family and friends, reminiscing about the old days. One of Mona’s biggest joys in life was being a grandma to her 8 grand kids and great grandma to her 2 great granddaughters. She loved spoiling them any chance she got.

Mona Lou is survived by her husband Frank; 3 daughters, Nadine Nelson (Jeff), Tina Cox, LeeAnn Nicholas (Travis); 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mom and dad; sister (Sylvia) and 2 brothers (Selmer and Allen).

A memorial service will be Friday, November 1, 2019, at 11:00 A.M., with visitation for one hour before the service, at Dilworth Lutheran Church, Dilworth, MN.
