Muriel Lois Mitchell

Muriel Lois (Stranger) Mitchell, 86, of Moorhead, MN, formerly of Crosby, MN, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at Eventide Nursing Home, Moorhead, MN. Muriel was born on July 3, 1932, in Greenbush, MN.

Muriel was an avid bingo player. She also enjoyed a good card game and needle point sewing. She especially loved going for car rides, enjoying the scenery and looking out for the wild life, particularly the deer, turkey, and geese.

Muriel is survived by her sons, James Wind Jr., Fred Wind, and Brian Wind; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Maxine Watson and Joyce Tanzer; and many other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Wind Sr.; husband, Earl Mitchell; and one son.
