Noreen Z. Wiig

Noreen was born on July 2, 1922 to William and Zelda Wiig in Oakes, ND. She grew up and attended school in Fargo. After graduating she taught school in Litchfield, MN and New Brighton, MN. After her retirement she lived in New Brighton, MN until moving to Northridge Apartments in New Hope, MN where she was active as a volunteer and program developer. She was a member of numerous organizations including P.E.O. Sisterhood, Delta Kappa Gamma, Eastern Star, and Campfire Girls. She enjoyed traveling, collecting, music, and gourmet cooking groups. She is survived by one brother, Allen Evelyn Wiig, Plymouth, MN; one sister, Rae Sullivan, Tigard, OR, several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
