Norman O. Williams

Norman O. Williams, age 83, of Enderlin, ND, died Wednesday, November 18, 2009, in Maryhill Manor, Enderlin, ND.Norman Oris Williams was born on September 5, 1926 to Walter and Clarys Watson Williams in Lisbon, ND. At the age of 17, Norman enlisted into the United States Army, serving in Europe until he was honorably discharged in 1946. He then attended NDSU Ag School for a couple of years while farming briefly with his father and brother, John. Norman enjoyed reading and traveling.He is survived by two brothers, Maurice Beverly Williams of Alexandria, MN and Robert Dianne Williams of Brookings, SD; three sisters, Loraine Slotten of Fargo, ND, Marjory Nick Lubarno of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Marian Fred Bolmeier of Omaha, NE and one sister-in-law, Violet Williams of Moorhead, MN.He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John Williams and one brother-in-law, Dale Slotten.
