Pat Kenneth Halvorson

Pat Kenneth Halvorson, 56, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, in Moorhead Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Moorhead, MN, under the care of hospice after a courageous battle with cancer.

Pat was born on January 2, 1963, to Kenneth and Peggy (Loffelmacher) Halvorson in Fargo, ND. He attended schools in Barnesville and Moorhead, MN. Pat began his trucking career at the age of 18 and he never looked back. He worked for many different trucking companies and eventually owned and operated his own.

Pat loved his red Corvette. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed driving over the country side with his truck, singing karaoke, and playing his guitar. He hated to be the center of attention, yet he always managed to be. We will miss his witty sense of humor.

Pat is survived by his soulmate, Rogann Olson; children, Ashlee (Jay Horstman) Stanley, Shawn Halvorson, Shana Cintella, and Deanna Sheppard; grandchildren, Audrey, Rowen, Tyler, Marley, Lupita, Aria, and Anthony Jr.; siblings, John (Deanne) Halvorson, JoAnne (David) Doran, and Vern Halvorson; aunt, Alice Moen Loffelmacher; and many other loving relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth; and uncle, Rodney Loffelmacher.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019, from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
