Patricia “Pat” A. Lewis

Patricia “Pat” A. Lewis, 81, of Hawley, MN, died Monday, October 31, 2016, at her home.
Patricia Ann Moen was born September 15, 1935, in Moorhead, MN, to Palmer and Alma Rostad Moen. She grew up in Moorhead and graduated from Moorhead High School in 1953. After high school, she began working for Northwestern Bell, where she was employed until 1959.
In 1954, Pat met the love of her life, Robert Lewis, and they were married on March 14, 1959, in Moorhead. They made their home in Dilworth where they had their two sons, James and John. The family moved to Hawley in 1963.
Pat lived a very active life and had a wide circle of friends that she enjoyed spending time with, whether it be golfing, bowling, or relaxing at the lake. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, and will be remembered for all the special treats she would cook for her grandchildren.
Pat is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert; her son, John Lewis, Rogers, MN; and her 4 grandchildren, Lindsey, Riley, Peyton and Emerson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Joe Marquart; her son, James; and her siblings, Joyce, Roger and Milo.
