Patrick J. Wilson, 24, Moorhead, MN, died on Friday, September 4, 2009, in his home in Moorhead.Patrick Joseph Wilson was born on October 3, 1984, in Fargo, ND, to Timothy and Lois Bennett Wilson. He grew up and attended school in Moorhead, graduating from Moorhead High School in 2003. He attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, and then went to work for Thoreson Plumbing. Patrick married Ashley Olson on October 27, 2007, at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Moorhead. They made their home in Moorhead. Patrick loved the outdoors… snowmobiling, four wheeling, ice fishing, dirt bikes and racing. As a young man he loved being the pit man for his dad and brother at the Buffalo River Speedway. He also raced snowmobiles and motocross himself. He liked to tinker with vintage snowmobiles. Friends and family were number one in Patrick's life. He loved his niece and nephews and they loved him.Patrick is survived by his wife, Ashley Wilson, Moorhead; his parents, Timothy and Lois Wilson, Moorhead; brothers Doug Loreen Wilson, Moorhead, and Thomas Mary Wilson, Glyndon, MN; niece and nephews, Taylor, Lane, Jonathan, Daniel and Joe; mother-in-law, Shirley Warren Olson, Moorhead; brother-in-law, Lee Olson, Moorhead.
