Raymond O. Ristad

Raymond O. Ristad, 65, Moorhead, MN, was found dead in his home on Sunday, November 27, 2005.Raymond was born on November 10, 1940 in Grand Forks, ND. He grew up and attended school in Grand Forks and then moved to Portland, Oregon, where he lived for 25 years. He married Beverly Thompson in 1970 at Portland, and they had a son Robert. They were later divorced. He married Pamela Anderson in 1983 in Portland, and they had a son Kirk. They were later divorced. Raymond moved to Moorhead, MN, in 1989. He worked all of his life as a concrete finisher and warehouse worker. He loved NDSU Women's Softball and often traveled to see their games.Raymond is survived by two sons, Robert Ristad, Vancouver, WA, and Kirk Ristad, Lolo, MT; one brother, Duane Ristad, Sandy, OR; one sister, Gay Ristad, Tigard, OR; two grandchildren, Kendra and Bret; one niece Cassidy Ristad, Tigard, OR.
