Raymond was born on July 15, 1924 in Sabin, MN to Carl and Esther Johnson Krabbenhoft. He grew up and attended local schools. Following high school, in 1945, he entered in to the army. In the army he was a technician on the world's largest radar station in the South Pacific. Following his discharge from the army in 1946, he took up geological studies by correspondence from the University of California. He made his career in farming in Sabin, MN. He married Isabelle Anderson on November 28, 1959 in Edgley, ND. They made their home in Sabin, MN. Raymond is survived by two sisters, Arla Tom Daugherty, Lucerne Valley, CA and Anita Paul Grabowski, Reno, NV; and many nieces and nephews. Raymond was preceded in death by his wife and parents and one brother, Carl Krabbenhoft.
