Robert B. ’Rob’ Sundseth

Robert Bruce Sundseth "Rob", 63, of Halstad, MN, died Sunday, June 19, 2011 in Moorhead, MN. Rob was born on September 4, 1947 in Minneapolis, MN to John and Bernice "Bee" Bensen Sundseth. Rob grew up in Halstad, MN. After finishing school, he attended Minnesota Technical College in Moorhead, MN. Rob drove truck for Prairie Lines Trucking Company. He enjoyed living in "Backyard USA", and traveling the country while driving truck. He always said he was a highly paid tourist. Rob enjoyed nature, camping, fishing, and especially loved visiting Jedediah Smith State Park, CA. His hobbies include collecting rocks, making walking sticks and doing auto mechanics. Rob also enjoyed singing and his time with "The Inspirations". Rob most recently lived in Moorhead, MN, after suffering from a stroke that prevented him from driving truck and traveling. Rob is survived by his children, Michael Susanne Sundseth, Colorado Springs, CO, Michelle Todd Ringdahl, Walcott, ND, Joshua Sundseth, Fargo, ND and John Sundseth, Fargo, ND; brother, Steven Kathleen Sundseth, Minneapolis, MN; sister, Mary Skalet, Moorhead, MN; three grandchildren, Aeja, Tessa and Margaret; and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
