Robert R. Abel

Robert Richard Abel, age 43, died May 18, 2020 in his home.

Bob was born October 10, 1976 in Sioux Falls, SD, to Richard and Colleen (Enkers) Abel.  As an infant he moved to Moorhead, MN, with his family and was baptized at Grace United Methodist Church, Moorhead.  He attended North Moorhead grade school and Jr. High.  He graduated from Moorhead High School in 1995.  He became a certified welder.  He was employed by Valor Construction at the time of his death.

Bob enjoyed reading, gardening, camping, fishing and all sports, especially football and hockey. He loved his dogs Pipper and Thor.

Bob is survived by daughter, Kinsley; girlfriend, Kelly Kemmer and her son Cruz; parents, Rick and Colleen; sister, Bridget (Tracy) Egerdahl, niece and nephew, Jordie and Joel; brother, Ryan (Jessie) and nieces Madelyn and Elizabeth.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Breckenridge, MN.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
