Rodger D. Haugen
May 13, 1932 — July 30, 2020
Rodger D. Haugen, age 88, of Ferndale, died Thursday July 30, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Vivian. Loving father of Erik (Leslie) Haugen and their late son, Kurt Haugen; and Sonja (Paul) Krotke, and their children Alex Krotke and Vivian Krotke. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Rodger retired from Chrysler in 1993 from Hamtramck Assembly and Trenton Engine. He was a lifelong resident of Ferndale and a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church. He had a great love of the outdoors and was an avid hunter and farmer.
Visitation will be Thursday August 6, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., with a funeral service at 3:30 p.m., at Wright Funeral Home, Hawley, MN.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Park Lutheran Church of Lake Park Minnesota.
