Roger Dale Coley

Roger Dale Coley, 74, of Fargo, ND, died December 2, 2022, at the Fargo VA Medical Center.

Roger was born June 4, 1948, in Logan, West Virginia, to Robert and Mabel (Murphy) Coley.  He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corp. in 1967 and served in Vietnam.  After his discharge, he came home and married Rose Wilson.  They made their home in Troy, Michigan where they owned E and R Landscaping.  After Rose died, Roger moved to North Dakota where he continued his landscaping business.

Roger is survived by step-daughters, Ann Smith, Shirley Wise and Rose (Tim) Mitchell; grandchildren, Amanda Taylor, Tammy Rains, Monica Taylor, Nikki Vincent, Amber Schmidt, Shirley Landford, and many more relatives from Alabama and West Virginia. He is also survived by grandson, Michael McCracken; brother, Danny Coley; sister, Norma Lou, and a special niece, Debbie Gill, as well as many more grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rose; his siblings, Betty, Joyce, Bobby, Wilma, Charles, Arnold and Sue, and grandson, Tim Baker.
