Ronald Mitdal

Ronald Mitdal, 89, long time resident of Wolverton, MN, passed away Sunday, July 16^th, at Sanford hospital in Fargo.  Ron was born in Ulen, MN to Chester and Mildred Mitdal.  The family later moved to Herman, MN. 

Ron proudly served in the United States Army.  After his discharge, Ron worked for Burlington Northern Railroad until his retirement.  Ron had many close friends and neighbors that became like a second family.  Ron had a love for animals and enjoyed taking walks. 

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Mitdal and Mildred Mitdal.  Ron is survived by his numerous cousins. 

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., with visitation for one hour before the service, at Wright Funeral Home in Hawley, MN. Interment will be at Salem Lutheran Cemetery, Hitterdal, MN.
