Sharon A. Anderson

Sharon was born September 24, 1946, in Nome, ND, to Marvin and Lorraine Ruud Huseby. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Petri Lutheran Church and graduated from Nome High School in 1964. Sharon then continued her education at Valley City State Teachers College and later worked for Pioneer Mutual Life Insurance Company in Fargo. On July 27, 1968, she married Leroy Anderson and together they settled in Moorhead. For several years Sharon worked with Leroy at their Farmers Insurance Group agency before taking time away to raise the family and spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and spending the summers at the lake, but most of all loved the time she spent with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.Sharon is survived by her husband, Leroy; daughter, Deb Kurt Engquist; son, Kevin Kimberly; grandchildren, Brittany, Christopher, Grace and Mark; sister, Linda John Holgerson; brothers, Rick Huseby, Jeff Julee Huseby; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law, Linda Huseby.
