Stacy L. Howard, 27, Moorhead, MN, died on Saturday, July 21, 2007, at her home.Stacy was born on September 30, 1979, in Moorhead, MN, where she grew up and attended school, graduating from Moorhead High School. She was a creative homemaker who raised and cared for her three children, whom she loved so much. Stacy was a gifted artist and she had a laugh that was infectious.Stacy is survived by her three children, Jazmine, Ashley and Ethan, all at home in Moorhead; one sister, Lora Bill Carr, Moorhead, MN; mother, Julie Tim Waterbury, Moorhead; father, Charles Howard, Detroit Lakes, MN.
