Valerie L. Eisenzimmer

Valerie Lee Eisenzimmer, 54, of Moorhead, MN, lost her battle with addiction on August 11, 2019, at Moorhead Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

Valerie was born October 12, 1964, to Gurnee and Virginia (Dolliver) Bridgman. She grew up and attended high school in Wisconsin.  She later attended Joseph’s School of Hair Design in Fargo and worked as a stylist at various salons in the Fargo-Moorhead area for 30 years.  She was united in marriage to Rodney Eisenzimmer and together they raised their daughter, Johnna, in Fargo.  Valerie and Rodney later divorced.

With her bright and bubbly personality, Valerie could always make people laugh. She loved playing piano, cooking, spending time outdoors and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.  She also loved spending time with animals, especially cats.

She is survived by her daughter, Johnna Eisenzimmer, Fort Collins, CO; her beloved cat, Buddy, and many special friends.  She was preceded in death by both her parents.

A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M., at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead. There will be a time for sharing of memories at 3:00 P.M.
