Victor Grani

On Saturday, January 20, 2018 Victor Grani, Dad, Grandpa, Kappa, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and friend passed away peacefully at his daughter Teri’s home in Gilbert, AZ at the age of 80 years.

Victor was born in Lake Park, MN on April 29, 1937, son of Victor and Amy (Bramer) Grani, Sr. Victor lived in Dilworth, MN and for the past 4 years spent his winter months in Gilbert, AZ.  As a young adult Victor served his country for 4 years in the U.S. Army.  During most his adult life, he worked very hard as a Cross Country truck driver. Victor will always be known for his sense of humor and his great love for his family and friends.

Vic is survived by his children, Teri (Tony) Little and Raelyn (Mike) Rawlings; Siblings, Edna “Snooky” (Jerry Winans) Jetvig of Dilworth; Charles (Doris) Grani of Hawley; Leighton (Carla) Grani of Hawley; sister-in-law, Janice Grani of Hawley; grandchildren, Danyelle, Dylan, Anthony, Nicole, TC, Joey, Tyler, Hannah and 8 great-grandchildren. He had numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Michael Grani, niece Angi (Grani) Sorenson, niece Kim Spillum and nephew Randy Spillum.  He will forever be remembered and loved by all his family and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 17, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Wright Funeral Home in Hawley, MN. Interment will take place at Hawley Cemetery.
