Walter Engesetter

Walter Engesetter, 72, rural Glyndon, MN, died on Monday, January 8, 2007.Walter Engesetter was born on August 29, 1934, in Fargo, ND, to Arthur and Vera Brantner Engesetter. He grew up near Glyndon and attended school at the Moorhead Campus School. He served in the U.S. Army in Italy from 1954 until 1956. When he returned to the area, he worked briefly for American Crystal Sugar and then farmed and raised cattle northeast of Glyndon, MN, retiring in 1997. Walter enjoyed horses and used them to take care of his cattle, and also did farrier work.He is survived by his special friend, Lois Jensen, rural Glyndon, MN, and his aunt, Minnie Graff, Kindred, ND.Walter was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Vera Engesetter.
